February is American Heart Month

We have two programs, flyers attached,  which will help you to “love” your heart:
On Monday, February 11 at 7 pm, join us for a program entitled “Women and Heart Health” featuring Claire Boccia Liang, MD, Director of the Women’s Heart Program at Gagnon Cardiovascular Institute in Atlantic Health Systems. The program is focused on prevention, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment of heart disease in women. This free presentation will be held in the Warren Craft Meeting Room at the Bernards Township Municipal Building located at                               1 Collyer Lane in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. cs-Heart-Healthy-Foods-to-Include-in-Your-Diabetes-Diet-722x406          On Wednesday, February 27 at 7 pm, join us for a nutrition program and food demonstration entitled “Nutrition and Heart Health” featuring the registered dietitians and chefs from Living Plate® (https://www.livingplate.org/).  This program will focus on food, cooking, and eating habits that improve heart health. This free presentation will be held in the Hills Highlands Clubhouse located at 75 Hansom Road in the Hills section of Basking Ridge New Jersey.
