Marriage License and Civil Union Requests:
Marriage and Civil Union applications are completed by appointment only. Please note there is a 72-hour waiting period between application submission and issuance of the license. Please link to: New Jersey Website for more information.
Certified Copy Requests for Marriage, Death or Birth Certificate:
All requests for certified copies of marriage, death or birth certificates require 2 forms of valid identification and a completed request form: Request form for Vital Record. All requests take approximately 5-7 business days.
