Gov. Phil Murphy declared a State of Emergency for New Jersey that goes into effect at 8 p.m. as a nor’easter is predicted to bring severe thunderstorms and damaging winds. Please limit driving until the State of Emergency is lifted. Borough personnel will monitor and address any issues when it is safe to do so.
