Touch a Truck is a program that Public Works Departments all around the state host so the town residents and their children can see the trucks up close and take photos. This is Mendham Borough's first year holding this event.
Trish Hall Director of The Mendham Borough Library along with the Superintendent of Public Works, Peter Hafemeister coordinated to hold this event. It was a fantastic event! More than 60 residents were in attendance.
It was a fun-filled afternoon for all that attended. We look forward to hosting this event again in the future.
A special Thank you to Superintendent-Peter Hafemeister, Assistant Superintendent-Casey Lakicevic, Public Works Department employee-Jim Cartier, and Administrative Assistant to the Public Works Department-Debbie Holly for all of their help to make this run smooth.
