  • The Finance Department is responsible for all financial activities and accounting system of the Borough.
  • Accountable for all accounts payable and revenues received.  
  • Responsible for the Borough Annual Audit and Annual Financial Statement.
  • Oversees the Annual Budget Process and maintains the Mendham Borough Budget according to State guidelines.
  • Coordinates issuing of Bonds and Notes and manages the Borough's debt. 
  • Responsible for maintainin Borough AAA Bond Rating.
  • Coordinates the Borough's Liability Insurance through the Morris County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund Program         
  • Oversees Sewer Utility Billing and Tax Collection.
