Ordinance No. 05-2025

Please be advised that the Mendham Borough Council adopted Ordinance #05-2025 on June 25, 2025. This ordinance amends Chapter 206 of the Borough Code to implement new turn restrictions on designated portions of Main Street and Hilltop Road.

Effective Turn Restrictions:

  • Main Street (Eastbound):
    No Right Turn onto New Street
    Time Restriction: 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., Monday through Friday

  • Hilltop Road (Northbound):
    No Left Turn onto Prospect Street
    Time Restriction: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
