Dear Mendham and Chester Community,

The Chester Mendham Food Pantry will be extending its hours this week to assist any residents who may be affected by the expected suspension of federal funding of SNAP and WIC.

We will be open on Monday, November 3rd from 6-8 PM and Wednesday, November 5th from 6-8PM, in addition to our normal hours of Wednesday from 9-11AM.

This is specifically for those who are currently participating in the SNAP and WIC programs and who are currently NOT already a client of the food pantry. 

You will be asked to provide proof that you reside in the Chesters and Mendhams and that you are a recipient of SNAP or WIC. No appointment is necessary and you will be able to receive a Shop Rite gift card and a bag of groceries. If you know of anyone that could utilize this resource, please pass on the information.
