COVID-19 VACCINE CLINICS:

The Bernards Township Health Department will be offering Pfizer for ages 5-11, Pfizer for 12+, and Moderna vaccines in June.

June COVID-19 vaccine clinics are scheduled as follows:

Pediatric Pfizer for ages 5-11 will be given on Monday from 3:00-5:00pm at Saint James Church, 184 S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.

The Pediatric Pfizer date is June 13.  

First, second, and booster doses will be available.

Pfizer for 12+ and Moderna will be given on Tuesdays from 3:00-5:00pm at Saint James Church, 184 S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.

The Pfizer 12+ and Moderna dates are June 7, 14, & 28.

If you plan to get a first or second booster for any COVID-19 vaccine, please review your eligibility here or at bernardshealth.org before making your appointment.

For all clinics:

Walk-in spots may be available but are not guaranteed.

Bring your original vaccination card with you if you are coming for a booster shot.

No identification or insurance card required.

Please wear a mask and social distance upon arrival.

Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
