TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2014 FROM 11:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.
VISITING NURSE ASSOCIATION, 175 SOUTH STREET, MORRISTOWN
Medicare Part D, also known as the Medicare prescription drug benefit, is a program designed to subsidize the costs of prescription drugs and prescription drug insurance premiums for Medicare beneficiaries.
Please join us for the Open Enrollment Session where you will be able to meet with a certified counselor, have your questions about Medicare Part D answered and learn how to enroll in a Medicare Part D plan, if eligible.
