THE MEDICAL INFO AND TREATMENT RELEASE FORM NEEDS TO UPLOADED AS A DOCUMENT DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. 
PLEASE HAVE IT FILLED OUT AND SAVED TO YOUR DEVICE PRIOR TO BEGINNING REGISTRATION 

2026 Pricing is as follows:

* Week 2 pricing is prorated due to no camp on Friday, July 3rd. Early Registration Week 2 pricing is $102.
Early Registration (April 1-May 25) $128/week
Regular Registration (May 26-June 17) $161/week
In-Season Registration (June 18- July 23) $188/week

If your child has a food allergy, we recommend that you send, in addition to their Medical Information sheet, an Allergy Action Plan so that we know specific information about your child's condition.
