Reminder to All Borough Residents, on September 24nd  Council voted to have residents continue the management of their own garbage pick-up service. There are a variety of providers in our area, you can either keep your existing provider or shop around if you are looking to change your garbage service.

 The Borough provided bulk pick up and recycling will continue on the same schedule throughout the month of January – there will be no change to this service for the time being.

Bids for a new contract for bulk pick up and recycling were received Monday, December 28^th. Council will enter into a new contract for these services at the Wednesday, January 13^th Council meeting. The information the town received is currently under review. The details will be posted on the “Solid Waste” page on our website on January 5th.
