Stormwater Infrastructure Mapping Along County Roads Begins Today
Stormwater Infrastructure Mapping Along County Roads
Residents may notice survey crews working along County roadways in Mendham Borough beginning today and continuing through mid-next week. Morris County has retained Aqualis to conduct stormwater infrastructure mapping along County roadways. The project involves locating and collecting GPS data for County-owned stormwater assets, including storm drains, inlets, culverts, and related infrastructure.
Field crews will consist of one company-marked vehicle and two personnel, with additional traffic control measures in place as needed to ensure the safety of both workers and the traveling public. Motorists are encouraged to use caution, reduce speed when approaching work areas, and follow any posted traffic control signs or directions from crew members.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as Morris County completes this important infrastructure mapping project.
