Message From the Mayor: Phoenix House Exterior Restoration

Dear Residents,

I am pleased to announce that construction has begun on the external restoration of the Phoenix House. The Borough has been awarded both State and County Historic Preservation Grants to complete the exterior work. Scaffolding is currently being set up for exterior painting and roof repairs. While work is being completed, please exercise caution when entering and leaving the building.
