Council member Dr. Marilyn Althoff was initially appointed to the Borough Council to fill an unexpired term in 2022. She was elected to her first term during the 2023 general election. Dr. Marilyn Althoff is a 33 year resident of the Borough.  She is an  Emergency Room Physician at Morristown Medical Center.  Dr. Althoff served as the Borough's Board of Health President for a number of years.
