The Bernards Township Health Department will be offering Bivalent Omicron booster doses in May.

May COVID-19 vaccine clinics are scheduled as follows:

Bivalent Omicron Boosters for Pfizer (ages 5-11 and 12+) and Moderna (ages 18+) will be given on the following Tuesdays:

• May 2nd from 3:00-5:00pm
• May 9th from 3:00-5:00pm
• May 23rd from 3:00-5:00pm
• May 30th from 3:00-5:00pm

All clinics will take place at Saint James Church, 184 S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.

PLEASE NOTE: Adults aged 65+ and/or those who are immunocompromised are eligible to receive an ADDITIONAL updated (bivalent) booster dose.

For all clinics: 

Walk-in spots may be available but are not guaranteed. 

Bring your original vaccination card with you.

No identification or insurance card required.

Please wear a mask and social distance upon arrival.

Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
