The employees of the Department of Public Works work hard to keep the roads clear during a snow storm. Sometimes the snow from the road is pushed onto the sidewalks. The best way to avoid having to reshovel sidewalks  is to please wait to shovel  until the streets are bare and the Department of Public Works have finished with their clean up.
