BOROUGH OF MENDHAM POLICE DEPARTMENT ACHIEVES PRESTIGIOUS 3RD ACCREDITATION AWARD

Congratulations!!! to the Borough of Mendham Police Department for successfully completing the Department's Re-Accreditation through the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police and the New Jersey Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission .

The New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police and the New Jersey Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission, congratulated, Chief John Camoia, Accreditation Manager Sergeant Brian Hostler, the members of the Mendham Borough Police Department, the Mayor, the Council, and those citizens they so proudly serve, for achieving the Police Department's third re-accreditation, joining a very exclusive group of law enforcement agencies that have made this important commitment to excellence in policing. Only 8% of Police Departments achieve their 3rd re-accreditation. The Department achieved accredidation in June 2016 and is accredited until 2027.  Chief Harry Delgado, the Accreditation Program Director presented the Accreditaiton Award and  applauded the departmet and the Borough on  attaining this  significant achievement.  The Accreditation Program is purposefully designed to enhance professionalism and transparency in the state's public safety system.
