Dear Mendham Borough Residents and Business Owners,

We are aware of the power outage and I have been communicating with JCP&L. My understanding is it was an internal trip error which has been quickly corrected by their crew. They tell me that although this was wide spread they feel that it was an isolated incident and we should not expect the power to go out again.

We will continue to monitor and keep you informed.
