Bernardsville Road Affordable Housing Overlay Ordinance Not on May 20th Council Agenda

Release Date: May 20, 2026

The Bernardsville Road Affordable Housing Overlay Ordinance will not be on the Agenda for Introduction at the Borough Council’s meeting on May 20, 2026. The Borough does not wish to accept the proposed changes to the prior ordinance at this time. The ordinance will be on the agenda for the June 3rd council meeting.
