Please use your bill pay through your bank, mail a check, or use one of the drop boxes at 2 W. Main (Phoenix House) or 6 W. Main St (Bowers Building) for sewer and the 4th quarter tax payments. We anticipate it will be another 4-5 weeks before the online payment portal is live.***
