I was hoping to provide a final report tonight, however the 7pm Mayor's report that JCP&L was scheduled to send has not arrived yet. 

Our internal OEM report is that workers were able to make a connection to our Cold Hill Road transfer station. About an hour and a half ago they started bringing on line limited parts of Dean, Knollwood, Orchard, East Main, West Main, and more. We are told that the system must be brought up slowly to prevent overload and crashing.

We will continue to keep you updated as the information comes in.
