Florie Farm Road Improvements

Please be advised, that on or about, November 7, 2022, construction on your road is scheduled to commence. The working hours for this project will be 7:00AM to 4:30PM. The project will take approximately 3 weeks to complete and will be performed in two phases.
The first phase will primarily consist of the replacement of curbs & sidewalks at various locations and minor drainage improvements within the project limits. The second phase will consist of milling the existing road and installing a new asphalt surface course. You will receive an additional notification prior to the beginning of this phase.
By law, we are required to call for utility mark-outs prior to the start of construction. Property owners must notify us of the location of any underground sprinkler system, underground electric dog fencing, or any other utility that may be unique to your property that may not be covered by the utility mark-outs prior to the start of construction. Failure to notify us prior to the start of construction shall relieve the Borough of any liability to damage of such systems.
An employee of the Borough’s Engineering Firm, Ferriero Engineering, Inc. will be onsite daily providing oversight to the project and will be available should you have any questions. You may also contact our office directly with any questions or concerns.
